Coconuts are collected and washed first to remove all dirt from transportation and then deshelled
using a deshelling machine
The white pulp is then sent to disintegrator and the pulp is shredded finely. Coconut milk
is thus obtained.
The coconut milk is then sent through a tubular bowl centrifuge of 12000 RPM. The cream is
then refrigerated at 8-9 Degree Celsius for 8 hours.
Refrigerated cream is taken out and again centrifuged 2-3 times till a clear virgin coconut
oil is obtained with a moisture content of 0.1% is obtained and sent for impurity check
